Granliden On Sunapee

Granliden On Sunapee is a four-season resort community located in the Dartmouth-Lake Sunapee region of New Hampshire. Granliden is unique in that it is a relativly small community, that has big community amenities. With a nine hole golf course, clay and all weather tennis courts, a sandy beach, marina, pool, playground, and nature trails all located on the 150 acre property, finding an outdoor activity shouldn't be difficult. Granliden is also located 10 minutes from both downhill and crosscountry skiing, with more areas within an hours drive.

The community consists of 108 townhouse units, and 6 single family dwellings,located on the site of the old Granliden Hotel. Almost all of the units have either a view of the lake and the surrounding mountains, or the golf course. Many have a view of both!!
