Granliden on Sunapee is a four-season resort community located in the Dartmouth-Lake Sunapee region of New Hampshire. Granliden is unique in that it is a relatively small community that has big community amenities. With a nine hole golf course, true clay and all weather clay tennis courts, a sandy beach, marina, pool, playground, and nature trails all located on the 150 acre property, finding an outdoor activity shouldn't be difficult. Granliden is also located 10 minutes from both downhill and cross-country skiing, with more areas within an hours drive.

The community consists of 108 townhouse units, and 6 single family dwellings, located on the site of the old Granliden Hotel. Almost all of the units have either a view of the lake and the surrounding mountains, or the golf course. Many have a view of both!!

We have already had some snow!!   SO..............

Please remember that you need to unhook and remove hoses from outside spigots or the spigot could be damaged by freezing.  Also please remember to remove ornaments, pumpkins, perhaps that Mum, and any other objects that might be on your porch or walkway that would impede snow removal.

A few words about safety.

Wood burning season is right around the corner.  If you plan to burn wood this year, please make sure that your chimney is clean and the flue is in good condition.  Remember, never put ashes in the trash.  Put ashes in a fireproof container that is on a non combustible surface.

Heat been off all summer??  Remember, before you turn on electric heat to make sure the radiators are clean and that there are no combustibles close to the units.  Don't push furniture up close to radiators and make sure drapes are also kept clear.  Lets have a safe fall!!

Please remember that any fire at the beach with the exception of a charcoal fire in a grill requires a permit from the Forest Fire Warden.  If you would like to roast marshmallows, please use the grill located on the lawn area at the beach.

For other safety tips regarding grilling, please go to the State Fire Marshall's site.

Fireworks are phrohibited on Granliden property unless part of a display approved by the Board of Directors.
